Sellers and end-customers can request deletion of personal data Moncy holds about them.
How to request deletion
Email support@moncy.online from the address on file or include enough information to verify your identity (page name, shop name, account email).
What we delete
On verified request we delete or irreversibly anonymise customer messages, conversation context, derived seller-brain entries tied to the requester, and contact records, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records).
Timeline
We aim to action verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
Facebook / Instagram users
If you previously interacted with a page that uses Moncy and want your data removed, email support@moncy.online with the page name and a description of the conversation, and we will route the request to the seller and process our copy of the data.
