Service description
Moncy is a managed inbox operations service for online sellers. The service includes seller training, customer conversation handling on connected channels, structured order / lead / ticket extraction, escalation routing, and reporting.
Acceptable use
You will not use Moncy to send spam, harass customers, mislead consumers, sell prohibited goods, or violate platform policies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Moncy is not a substitute for compliance review of your offers.
Seller responsibility
You remain responsible for the channels you connect, the products and prices you sell, and compliance with applicable consumer protection, advertising, and platform rules. You authorise Moncy to operate on those channels under the agreed plan.
No guarantee of conversion
Moncy works to maximise structured, accurate, timely customer handling. We do not guarantee any specific sales, conversion, retention, or marketing outcome.
Limitation of liability
Subject to applicable law, Moncy's liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Moncy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Subscription and payment
Plans are billed monthly in USD. Volume overages may be billed separately. You can cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period unless agreed otherwise.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with reasonable notice. On termination we disconnect channels, stop processing customer messages, and follow the data deletion process below.
