Who we are

Moncy provides managed inbox operations for online sellers. We process customer conversations and seller configuration on behalf of the seller (the data controller) under a service agreement.

What data we process

Business contact information for the seller (name, email, company, country); customer messages and metadata received through connected channels; page or channel identifiers; product, price, policy and campaign data the seller chooses to teach Moncy; order, lead and support context generated from conversations.

Why we process it

To operate the seller's customer inbox, deliver replies, extract orders / leads / tickets, escalate risky cases to the seller's team, and produce reports the seller can act on.

How we share data

We use vetted service providers (cloud hosting, language models, email delivery) strictly under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with advertisers.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as needed to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, and operate security controls. Sellers may request deletion at any time — see Data deletion.

Security

Access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where applicable, audit logging on sensitive operations, and least-privilege principles for operator access.

Your rights

Seller and end-customer rights include access, correction, deletion, and objection. Requests can be sent to support@moncy.online.
